Your data on this site

Short version: we see what you send through the contact form, plus usage statistics from Google Analytics. Nothing is sold here. Updated 28 September 2026.

Who we are

Alken Professional (“Alken”, “we”) runs this website. For anything about your personal data, email ssprofessional2@gmail.com.

What we collect
  • If you use the contact form: your name, email address and message.
  • Your IP address, briefly, to stop the form being spammed. It is kept only in server memory, and written to our hosting logs only if a message fails to send.
  • How the site is used, through Google Analytics: pages viewed, rough location, device and browser, and whether you tapped WhatsApp or sent the form.
What we don’t collect

No accounts, no payments, no card details. Nothing is sold on this site: buying happens on Lazada, under Lazada’s own privacy policy and return rules. Tapping WhatsApp, phone or email opens that app; what you send there is covered by that app’s policy.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, and to see which pages help people find a product so we can improve the site. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else receives it
  • Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Google (Google Analytics) processes the usage data.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
Data outside Malaysia

These providers may store data outside Malaysia, including in the United States. We use them only for the purposes above.

Cookies

The only cookies are Google Analytics’ _ga and _ga_…. They tell repeat visits apart and last up to two years. The site works fully without them.

To refuse them, block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we need them to reply and to keep normal business records. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Email ssprofessional2@gmail.com and we will reply within 21 days. This notice is available in Bahasa Malaysia on request.
